Newton Operating Partners Training
The provision of training to our Newton Operating Partners (NOPs) is an essential aspect of our operations. The primary goal of this training is to equip our NOPs with in-depth knowledge about the Newton Concept, including the tools and resources required to successfully operate all aspects of Newton in their respective territories.
The training is designed to run for a 3-day period, which is enough time to cover all the essential aspects of the Newton Concept. The training is expected to be completed as soon as possible after the NOP signs the relevant agreement to optimize impact and success. It can be delivered in person on virtually through a Miro board and several slide decks and worksheets.
The training covers all the objectives and resources and ensures that the NOPs are well-equipped to handle all the challenges they may encounter while operating the Newton Concept in their territories.
The successful and complete delivery of this training is crucial to the success of our NOPs and to the overall success of the Newton Concept as a whole.
