designing the banking services of tommorow
What does the younger population want from the bank of the future?
How do the new generations of banking customers perceive banking data, consulting and services?
How will the physical and virtual be combined in the future?
Those are just some of the question for which we conducted a research in order to find answers.

Our main targeted demographic was between 15 and 25 years of age and we managed to survey population of 246. Also, we researched development of banking offices throughout history and created a design index of bank office interiors and different types of mobile applications including their functionalities and overall quality of interaction design.

The answers to the questions:

Unified visual language of the real and virtual.
Ergonomic standards applied to employees and clients' area.
Clear division of waiting and working areas with variable privacy for clients'.
Modularity and adaptability to the clients' needs.
Simple and human approach to clients' in person and virtually.
Creating a working ecosystem between the physical and virtual.
Reorganization of the interior system in favor of a simpler and more intuitive orientation in the offices resulting in higher satisfaction with the services provided.
